As an alcoholic, 24 years sober, I‘ve learned you can‘t substitute. Ever. Meaning no mood altering substance of any kind for the rest of my life. No matter how much weight you‘ve managed to lose you can never have that first bite of cake that one french fry off your kids plate. It means no sugar no fat for the rest of your days. You can never have food you enjoy again. Eating needs to become a chore. Anything else and you‘re lying to yourself. You might as well give up right now.

Amazing no different than some bodybuilders who purposefully get Doctors to tear back muscles( Latissumus, pectorials,etc) so they can grow those muscles bigger. Knowing they'll be stronger. Imagine athletes? Would these individuals be prohibited from competing or is this the evolution of sport more importantly, Manchester?
