1.07:00 Do not consume (alcohol, internet etc...) To suppress fear.
1.06:00, embrace your fear tenderly.
1:06, you use mindfulness to recognize and embrace your fears and anxiety, to look deeply into the roots of your fear. You don't use it to suppress your fear.
33:00, meditation can be done every moment of our life. Being present for someone is meditation.
24:00, when we are at peace, we are so close to being a Buddha / Christian. When our loved ones suffer, the best thing we can offer is our buddha-hood (best thing we can do is to be Christian).
47:00. Recognize and name suffering. Do not run from it. Meditate and look deeply into what are the roots of suffering or joy. Feed or water the good seeds. Do not feed the bad.
55:00, consumption of nutrients, toxic and healthy.
Allow all your thoughts to circulate, as you need to allow your blood to circulate through your body
1:12, do not suppress negative thoughts.
