Brad you’ve just lost a listener. Liverking was faking his methods, period. Your tone should be much more simplistic about what he has done rather than putting focus on the dodgy methods hus emails were obtained or the ’idiots’ that think liver pills would give them his physique...ppl are outraged over his blatant lying for marketing purposes, that’s not complicated, stop diluting that fact, it’s not a good look for you, its a very questionable one if I’m bring honest.

Ok that makes sense...I had been doing more isometric holds (plank) and/or push ups/pull ups to warm up. I also played with mountain climbers/jump rope but just managed to wake upwas concerned about doing strength training on a “cold body” ...I didn’t want to interrupt the natural inflammation process that builds strength. Maybe you could address this on an upcoming show as I would like to hear your insights.

@bradkearns : Thanks man, keep it up! Lately I’ve been starting to run right after the cold exposure. It’s a good way to warm up and also I don’t even feel the effort of running since I’m just focused on warming up it’s an amazing experience. Thanks for commenting on the show
