The referee didn't disqualify Reed for the shoulder block off the top rope because the opponent was standing. Watts said that it was illegal to come off the top rope onto a prone opponent. That's why Borne's Bombs Away was illegal and Gino H. had to do the elbow drop off the second rope.

Kamala bodyslammed Andre 4 years before Hogan "slammed" Andre up North, and Kamala also hit Andre with a 2x4 about 4 years before Duggan knocked Andre out with a 2x4 up North.
Bill Watts' comments during the Gino Hernandez match sound prophetic. He probably knew at least a little about how Gino was living his life and "burning the candle at both ends" as Watts said. Brian and Mike seem to have been distracted by Bill's obsession with college sports, and didn't seem to notice(or didn't comment on) how Watts comments related to what would happen to Gino a mere 3 years later. Of course, Watts probably had Gino's wrestling career in mind and not the end of life.
I think Paul Boesch just cut off Duggan because Duggan was a heel and Boesch did that to heels sometimes.
If I remember correctly, the fans were chanting Dugan(Do-gan) towards Duggan at this point when he was a heel because it was an intentional mispronunciation of his last name.
Vince McMahon did the same thing back in the 80s, pretending to be just an announcer.
