Hey Joe (and all) - starting the podcast again as you’ve done a great job in documenting your transformation. I hope to start mine on Monday as I have about 30 lbs to lose BUT have a background in sports and weight training. Just need a bit of support like this and and “open gym” at this point with COVID19 going on.
