I dont know if you see comments here but you should try and lift your voice a bit when you talk, maybe add more positive inflection in your sentences. Sometimes your voice is so low it becomes hard to make out what you are saying in longer sentences. Hopefully this comes across as constructive and not insulting, thanks.
