Hi Fearne, I’ve been listening to your podcasts for a few years now and all through the pandemic. I find that you are so humble, warm and honest and love the nature of your podcasts 😍 thankyou so much and I hope you keep producing these and inspiring others 😇

’Triggering’. A word I hope to see consigned to the dustbin of woke in the coming year. I’m gone.

I like Phil, i think the trouble with some ”normal” members of the public is they think people on tv’s life is perfect, lots of money, fame, etc.. Then some people look at their lives and are angry about ”whatever” is going wrong so they vent online at an easy target who they think is having this ”fantastic” life.

Can totally relate to this I’m not a single mum but I run my own business and look after everyone in the house... sometimes I’m #winning and sometimes I feel so drained. Xx

Such a fantastic episode, so interesting and fun. I endeavour to be more in my spirit which is called Shine. My Ego is a cherwoowa with a pig tale on top of her head with a bubble gum pink tiny bow, a diamonte collar and a high pitch yap and Short legs. Loved this episode! I shall definitely be sharing it and re listening. Thankyou x

Loved this chat! It was so insightful ❤ Both of my children refused to come shopping with me when I started unpacking all the food from its plastic packaging in the checkout area of Aldi! I was determined to not take any of it home with me. I thought what a result, no plastic and no children in a supermarket win, win! 😁 Hope your having a lovely day! ❤
