Hello, I really enjoy all of you advice on the show! I was wondering- if you haven't already- could discuss the language to use when speaking to the non designer. For instance I work at a print shop like you did and when I design sometimes my boss acts like he know more than me and sometimes these decisions are really bad. How can I communicate to the know it all? Thank you!
