I lost my husband in April 2016, I lost my Mom in July 2020, I lost one of my best friends in January 2021. It has been very difficult for me. You suggest calling a friend at anytime. I can’t do that. My husband died suddenly and I had support from my Mom. My Mom ended up going on hospice. I went through with my sister in law. All she did was put me down. She blocked my phone calls, so I couldn’t talk to my brother. My brother sided with his wife. I had absolutely no support.

It’s so incredible. In 2018 I had an benign tumor and surcherie, and to recover afterwards I began to do automatically all the things you recommend. What a great God who lead me so! And your book and podcast are great encouragements that I’m on the right way.

Thank you so much. I have been on SSRi's for 5 years and have several food and medicine allergies and diverticulitis. Listening to this has touched me so and encouraged me to do more research and get help with my diet and on tapering off the SSRI's
