I loved this convo 😍 I'm aussie and it always sounds funny hearing an aussie accent on tv or other media 😂 thank you! I love the advice about disconnecting from media and being balanced with budgeting so you don't develope a poverty mindset ❤

Wonderful listen! I am also a Pittsburgher mom and have a three year old. My two closest friends are single with no children. We only see each other maybe once a month and it's usually me listening to what going on in their lives....

I love my mornings. I currently only get up an hour before the kids. I read a chapter of my book, have a coffee all before the kids get up. This has made me a much better mother. I highly recommend it.

Love the topic of contentment vs sparking joy! Totally agree about your view of being content. It was totally relatable, I was the type that would be scrolling on Pinterest looking for the perfect picture of the perfect room I want. After listening to this made me realize I should appreciate what I have! I love my home, my space, my family and I should focus on that! Thank You!!!
