Great podcast thankyou for sharing, I'm new to ptk (6mnts) but I have nearly 40 years in martial arts (japanese ju jutsu) we are seekers of our own truth, and our own path, to me personality and friendship has to take part in senior grades, and how you control yourself on and off the mats is hugely important, we learn as individuals but we grow when we come together as 1 tribe, as an instructor I totally agree all instructors change, adapt and overcome and make shit up every lesson, lol
