I very much disagree with Gin about Earl Grey making you hungry. I find doing ’pure’ fasting very difficult because I find my life very grim without a cuppa with milk first thing. Food isn’t a problem at all. I only have a dash of milk, but after my cuppa I’m not hungry until about 11 or 12. I try to eat between 11am and 7pm. Not a problem at all, but my dog gets me up at 6am and I can’t wait 5 hours for a cuppa.
I love this podcast. It has so much great information about the stages of menstruation.
That was excellent. I am 79, and my periods stopped at 58 and a half in 2002. I decided to use all natural supplements rather than HRT and was able to manage the symptoms. The patch sounds like it now alleviates the concerns I had, which is wonderful for women today. The information in this podcast is exceptional!
Interesting episode - is this specific to morning meal (and fact you fasted during sleep) or similar for any exercise at any time of day in relation to calorie intake before exercise?
I enjoy your podcasts. I understand that Jonathan may not enjoy exercise, but can he please stop banging on about it being a chore. ’How little can you get away with?’. It sets the wrong tone. Zoe is very influential and as long as exercise is presented as a necessary evil, people are going to do as little as possible. Enjoy using your body. Enjoy the fact that you can put one foot in front of the other and are strong. You present real food as something to be enjoyed, why not exercise?
Great!
