You guys pump me up and I always hear exactly what I need to hear especially when you guys are just flowing unscripted per usual. I've had such success with keto and rep it to everyone I encounter even when it obviously falls on deaf ears but the seed still gets planted. Keep up the good work and keto is easy to make a lifestyle when you want it. My wife two girls and I are keto and have been sustainable for 6 months and counting...no cheats no excuses no gimmicks just results and renewed dedication almost daily ehe. It comes to the health benefits. I love hearing new things and gaining new Intel to further push the keto envelope. My wife is the one who got me involved I wasnt sold being the military athletic background I thought it was a ridiculous concept and she failed the first time because I wasnt on board and have never struggled with not being in excellent shape. Anyways I love what you guys do and Murray Xmas! Also my 1 year old loved e keto bricks lol and they have become the cornerstone e sweet treat In my household because they are so delicious!

29:50 Brian shares that on the recent low-carb cruise, during a Q&A session, Dr. Phinney was asked about macros and he said he doesn't count anything—that he trusts his hunger more than any chart or graph.

At 82 minutes, to your point about running up-hill being gentler on the joints — this could be a meme to psych yourself into a combination of running more on the mid/fore-foot, leaning into the run, and lifting the knees a bit—reaping the same anti-shock benefits. Parachutes and sleds probably have the same effect.
