Eric von Daniken wrote three books on ancient anomalies which suggested ET interference on Earth. Three books, so well researched & plausible, they’ve proved seminal works for countless, latter-day authors, broadcasters & researchers. Indeed, von Daniken is still appearing at & celebrated at conferences worldwide. Just because one of his examples may have an alternative explanation (and Sagan is not the deity of scientific truth you seem to think) doesn’t mean the von Daniken oeuvre is debunked.
A century from now, to the minute, our great-great-grandchildren will be giggling at the concept of their great-great-grandparents not having left & right socks.

Strange how other podcasts are going strong for many years building an audience from nothing, ads only without charging the listener. But on this podcast Danny Baker brings with him a sizeable audience and proceeds to gouge his loyal listeners £6 a month! Thats more than Disney plus with its 80 years of content, I know which one I'll be enjoying.
