Awful podcast. You’re just repeating buzzwords over and over in between sales pitches.

I cannot help but notice there seems to be A LOT in common between ADHD ADD and PTSD/CPTSD and certain on the spectrum of Autism “issues.” Has anyone/thing got a research or college program studying these commonalities and what we ALL may be able to do with whatever is discovered to aid ourselves with improving our coping and daily life goal setting/achieving?

Such a great podcast! I am in the process of trying to learn compassion and also to pause and self soothe when I start to feel myself triggered. That was such a positive and helpful conversation that I will definitely listen to again in an effort to continue on this path. 😊

If you think about it, the use of f*ck in most context represents attitude. Having a nature of attitude in general is a big contributor to anger, self-righteousness, and conflicts that lead to anxieties.
