Shea Serrano! His casualness and honesty makes his forward-moving mindset all the more inspirational. Outstanding interview, thank you!

I am binging on the Finding Mastery Podcast and I have already been through the artfully conducted interviews at Decoding Disruptors (incredible work BTW). I love Dr. Gervais approach to high performance, he is actually decoding the skill sets for us, simple mortals, to be able to apply them into our lives. I am saying this because I had been through books and podcasts on the subject with people with a different sort of approach and view of HP. And they left me puzzled and searching for answers. Most discussions on the subject seem to sell the idea that if you aren't an extreme athlete or into extreme sports, you may as well never become reach your highest potential. I couldn't accept that idea so I went onto trying to find alternatives and that is how I came across this podcast. I am so grateful and appreciate enormously the fact that Dr. Gervais is sharing his work with the world. Love the tone of the interviews and how respectful he is of everyone who comes to be interviewed. Keep up the amazing work!

Also, I've just recently discovered Michael Gervais thanks to Dax Shepherd's Arm Chair Expert and now having listened to a couple of MG's own episodes I can say without reservation that this is a must-follow and must-listen. The space that Michael creates for his guests to share their experiences and expertise, while also challenging them (and himself) to dig deeper in a very respectful and empathetic way, provides listeners with invaluable tools to do work on themselves and in their own lives should they choose to apply them. I would love to have the opportunity to sit down and converse with Michael.

I was first introduced to Rich Roll by recommendations through friends and fellow members of November Project, but had difficulty relating to him and/or appreciating the content of the Rich Roll podcast episode I first listened to -- I then chose not to listen to more. After recently discovering MG's podcast, and subsequently scrolling through his list of episodes, I found this one and was drawn to the description of the topics covered. To say the least, I'm very grateful for having listened to this episode both for the quality of discussion between Michael and Rich and for the deeper understanding of where Rich and his philosophies come from. I highly recommend listening!
