I so appreciate you knowing when to rest. Your example reminds us it's okay to say, "It's time for a break," and that is OKAY! Your obedience to serve well, God 1st, yourself & family 2nd, and then us, models the heart of God. I'm so thankful for your obedience and teachings. I look forward to the day I get to hug you girl!

Needed this today. I spoke with a new class attendee yesterday and her heart is heavy for her wayward adult daughter who's walked away from the Lord. My goodness how it hit me. 2 of our 4 adult children have walked away from the Lord. Now our youngest just moved in with her boyfriend yet still attend church. Life is hard and yet we lay them at his feet and remember that The Need Has Already Been Met. He knows! He's in control. It's been wonderful going back and listening to pods.

I just watched the commercial of the older gentleman lifting the weight to later lift his granddaughter. I cried. This is why we train. Yes! To love our people well. I need to lay down the weight of others thoughts and put on the love of Jesus in all I do. Thank you for tending reminding me where God is training and moving me. Merry Christmas Kara!
