I have been using Marty’s teaching since 2018. It helped me get off all of my menopausal weight gain AND I was able to be unprescribed from thyroid medication that I have been taking since 1997. I love your podcast but you have a clicking noise that permeates most of your episodes. I suspect you may be scrolling with your mouse. It is distracting and annoying. Could you please look into it and find a way to get rid of that sound? It makes it hard to stay a fan.

Ecclesiastes 12:11 says ”The words of the wise are like oxgoads, and their collected sayings are like firmly embedded nails”. Your podcasts‘ carefully-extracted health information is guiding us in the best direction like ”goads” leading oxen to the best pasture. They contain really good reliable advice, which can produce stable results just as “firmly embedded nails” produce stable structures. Many thanks for your diligent, top-quality hard work. Excellent conversation about how CGM’s can inform our food choices, food timing, etc. I’m a keto/low carb dietitian and I’m excited about this technology. I have ordered a Levels CGM and can’t wait to see what it reveals.

Ha ha halfway through I wanted to throttle Adele! I feel the bible class teacher! (Incidentally, if u like a discussion on that I would love to!) but glad I stuck on. I get ur point but I guess u represent maybe 0.01 of the world's population. The regular person needs simple guidelines. I mean even as u say essential nutrients. Who says what is essential? How much? These are guidelines! But I share ur fear about 50 years down the road low card being roasted for the same reasons. Thx!

Thx so much for this! It just befuddles me why people still call it a fad... That last snippet was a great revelation! I experienced the exact same weight (fat in fact) gain after introducing exercise. Is it the body panicking and trying to pack on reserves in view of the stress?

Dr sher is awesome as usual His guest share their personal preferences But fail to tell us about the science behind their choices. They like olive oil and tell us to avoid other oils, mct is ok too not avocado almond ..etc ? Why ? Dont like the taste?The lady says she uses Himalayan salt why you like the color? Thyme is her favorite herb, great. Is there any science behind what they say? Just holding a phd and sharing their prefrences doesn't help us. The lady is lazy well i got a fix for that: Don't be lazy
