My honest take? I don’t see it extending much beyond what we got in the Matt Smith era, where suddenly he had some real US flavour and locations appearing in the series like never before. I think the showrunners are smart enough to know that the British feel is what makes the show what it is. And while we might get some more US-centric content - again, similar to the Smith era - it’s not going to change things completely. - Rob

Seems like even the release of new #DoctorWho will not be the same ever again i feel we are going to lose the Britishness of @bbcdoctorwho over the next few years.

Vhs tapes were really bad VFM in the 80s-90s. Eg, 2 eps per tape for tv series! That ends up being £100+ for a complete season of Star Trek. And a whole shelf of tapes.

Love your show guys ... ! My ten year old son and I (I am a long-term, hard core fan ... and my son has moved during lockdown from a casual fan to a complete, obsessive Whovian!!) discovered you during lockdown and have spent many happy hours listening to you and discussing our own thoughts on the topics raised. Thank you from John-Paul and Christopher in the UK!
