My break from podcasts was longer than your break from making episodes so I’m thrilled to have a bunch of stuff to listen to! On a side note if you run out of FF games I’d happily listen to you guys about being middle aged!

I know someone already mentioned this, but knowing the arrange button for materia would’ve helped so much.
I honestly can’t understand how these 2 keep failing at Renzokuken. It’s, like, extremely easy. A bar goes across the screen and you push the button when the bar hits the middle of the screen. I played this game when I was like 10, and rarely missed more than 1 if I didn’t get it perfect.
Praying is basically just talking to God, an omnipotent being. Though, typically you are asking for something, whether that be wisdom, for Him to take control of a situation outside of your control, or that He would help someone else in some way. Thats a very basic list of what one could pray for. Its not about subconscioius since God is an entity outside of everything and in control of everything. It definitely is about humility because if youre not praying then you think you can do everything
Oh my goodness. FFXIV’s transition from 1.0 to ARR is literally ” The warriors of Light fight against the empire but we don’t remember them, but we remember them in our hearts. ” Its hilarious that this theme goes all the way back to FF1.
