Thanks for keeping us safe Greg and John
A good subject addition could be on salt air environment, salt water operations.
It’s interesting how the people who speculated that the engine fire was internal engine. No one mentioned that the engine fuel, hydraulic shut of valve valves would have been closed when the the fire handle was pulled.
Thanks John and Greg for the excellent analysis. This dispels a lot of rumors and misinformation. I’m shocked at Lion Air’s negligence and surprised that their flight crew couldn’t handle this malfunction in VMC.
Another great episode guys, great info for anyone in aviation. Thanks.
John Allen was an excellent guest and thank both of you for what you are doing for flight safety. Keep it up.
Love Greg and John, thanks for keeping me safe up there
Great Show!!!
Great Podcast just binge listened for 2 days
I would love to be an investigator, but beuracracy is insane and I don't believe the NTSB is a reputable agency since you both have retired
We need credible and honest investigators like John and Greg back in the fold
Really appreciate the great discussion on this crash. Keep up the great work!
I love listening to the stories of your guys’ experiences.
If it wasn't for John and Greg, we'd never have known about this. Amazing podcast
Don't think because you are women that your work ethic, experience, or intelligence should never be questioned. We all have lives in our hands and because you experience hardships in the industry you don't get to blame sexism. People today are too coddled and all too often feel that society should cater to them because of sex, orientation, color, etc. I feel too much emphasis was placed on the wrong things here, not so much from John or Greg, but from some of the guests.
Awesome podcast, this should be on Sirius
You're the best John and Greg
Thanks for keeping us safe Greg and John
This podcast is awesome!! Ever since I heard a cvr about 3 years ago, I've been very interested in the investigative process of aviation accidents. I'm definitely a fan of Greg Feith. I've seen so many of the different air crash investigation episodes that Greg was on. I could listen to these all day
Masks are suggested in the concourse, but not in the plane
Back during the 737 400 rudder servo valve defects found by Greg after 2 fatal hull losses, and fateful landing with rudder hard over. I believe you both 💯
awesome show guys I've always looked up to both of you. thanks for the podcast
I love Greg and John. Real truth and insight from brilliant pilots and investigation
Do you have a solution for this lack of investigation?
Sorry to say I think your comments are way off the mark. Blaming the pilots and engineering will not solve the problem. It is obvious the Max has some serious shortcomings including certification. I expected a better discussion considering your combined experience.
Very interesting podcast, thank you Aoa vane must of been sitting on a shelf at the maintenance shop, they just r&r no time to wait for a new part from boeing
Great podcast! Keep them coming! The only suggestion I would make is to make this a daily podcast lol!
Best episode yet. Thanks for going through the facts with your listeners.
As always, great episode. You have the best podcast on the air.
Great episode! Very informative as always! Sometime in the future it would be awesome to hear your opinions about the EgyptAir 990 crash.
Boy have I missed y'all! Been in desperate need of a Feith fix all month. Can't wait to listen during my PM commute. Thanks John & Greg!
keep it up, cant wait for your next podcast!
A good pilot is always learning. Much appreciation for your insights.
love this podcast
