Guided meditation artist Chel Hamilton makes things that help people get calm and clear so they can better choose their next steps, and life adventures. As a previous panic attack, insomniac, and anxiety sufferer Chel “gets it” only the way someone who has struggled with these issues can understand. With over 13 years of experience as a Hypnotherapist, she knows a lot about our deep mental and emotional blocks, how to work with them more effectively, and ultimately set ourselves free to be the amazing joyful humans she believes we were all born to be.
Chel currently lives in the desert outside of Las Vegas with her little dog, Benny, and spends her days composing relaxing background music and guided meditations, while exploring the potentialities of VR technology for healing relaxation and anxiety reduction.
