Initially I thought I heard him say ”avoid erotic sleep patterns”. On second listen, he said erratic, which seems more reasonable.

Great information! I have been skipping breakfast for over 3 months now. Lost over 10 pounds. Feel great but having multiple autoimmune conditions (healing from!) o am always looking for more health education! The circadian rhythm is something I have been studying! Thanks!
