This is very interesting and helpful as a person who only since 34 started existing stress and anxiety... The idea of reward based will power, developing addiction is very interesting.

I'm listening to you so much that I'm starting to talk like you and people now think I am from Canada---Ha! I'm struck with your ability to move through topics with both openness and humor. Thanks for being another soft place to land as I endure depression. πŸ˜€. Your interviewing skills are off the charts and I (along with many of your listeners) truly hope you can one day do this full time!

I've been interested in positive psychology for a number of years and have read quite widely in the subject which has exposed a lot of 'hokum' in this field so it was satisfying to find an evidence-based, educated presenter speaking with objectivity and insight. Thank you Kristen, I'm really enjoying listening. Love the short thought-bites that you've done too.

Great content Christine, very wise and reflected! Thanks a lot for this great share, it cheered me up and also gave me the feeling to be understood (finally😁). Maybe you could give some more specific tips how to improve in the topic of giving the right incentive? Thanks, you are simply amazing and doing great work here. Please continue forever 😊
