Excellent information. Thank you for explaining all the various symptoms of menopause and how to live a full life at this phase.
But what about those of us who have had hormone receptive breast cancer and are on hormone blockers. Is there any hope there? I had almost no menopausal symptoms. Now that I take blockers I have every symptom in spades. It’s so bad I’d rather take my chances with reoccurrence of cancer than live like this.

I listened to this while getting ready for my interview today. I’m glad I hadn’t put on makeup yet because I may have cried it off. It was exactly what I needed to hear and I went in and nailed the interview. After 5 months of crushing unemployment , I’ve likely landed exactly where I’m supposed to be.
