I have been trying to get into podcast listening, and after years and years of starting various podcasts and forgetting to finish them. This is one of my first longer (1hr +) podcasts that I finished and I wanted to thank you for getting me over the bump! I enjoyed this very much!

I sent this to my adult daughter 30 who has ADD and her immediate comment was : why do they do such a long talk ”knowing” how hard it is for an ADD person to keep her attention on focus!!” Just saying....

Is there something Gibson recommends for the emotionally immature person to read or listen to, that they won’t find insulting?

She nails it. I feel like she knows the person I’m having a hard time with.

I can’t decide between wishing I’d had beta blockers in those anxiety years, or being glad I didn’t fall down the medication rabbit hole. Why oh why should some of us have these horrid attacks 😭

Thankyou so much for this episode. Pascal’s enthusiasm is totally beautiful. I’ve not heard a talk on the aggregates done in such an engaging way. Made my day 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Looking for the positives here: I tip my hat to Dan’s politeness throuout the conversation. I like that you bring on people with different viewpoints. But I disagree with many things that was said.

I am frequently amazed by the Dan’s linguistic tallents. I have to almost always then go back to hear the guets’ answers

Too cerebral for my pay grade this one, but good for sure

Thank you. Dan, I just have to say, that is such a beautiful thing that you shared about your exchange with your mother. I grieve my disordered and abusive parents, and I felt envy percolating as you were setting it up / describing it. I just want to share the experience of, in real time-in terms of me listening to this-see if I could leave the envy out of it. I smiled and think it beautiful. So, 2 things, can be happening. Feeling sad again, but I know that’s my own path and grief. Thank you, great guest.
