Unpopular opinion the 911 operators are just doing their job. They care as much as they can. However in the time in-between the 2 calls they could have feilded hundreds of calls dealing with rapes, murder,child abuse or butt dials, I think expecting a different operator than took the original call to instantly know the details of what’s going on is a bit unreasonable. Plus what I heard in the call between the officer and the operator was a tired woman expecting to be blamed.

Why would he buy shoes from Payless if he's getting all this money. Unless they were throw away shoes he was only going to use once. But he bought them w a credit card so that would be dumb
