Brilliant information I had a lot of issues starting in my 40s nearly all improved with hrt painful bladder alcohol really made it worse
love it, thank you so much, fascinating conversation
Really insightful
I was on HRT happily for 20yrs then last June I had a stroke and was taken off my HRT cold turkey. Immediate hot flushes about 20 in 24hrs, day and night. After 6 months Iβve insisted I go back on it even though I was told risks exist. I was on Premerin and was not told there was a safer method. Iβm now having a gel, and the immediate reduction of flushes and improvement in mood and ability to cope with my new circumstance of disability.

Loving the dates with peanut butter. Definitely one to try and stop those sweet cravings!
As always such an informative podcast. Learning so much about HRT, as I am also reading 'The Truth about HRT' purchased from Liz's website, lizearlewellbeing.com, as a download, Thank you.
just love listening to the podcasts and now working through them all. so much useful information and listening to your podcasts and Instagram videos really helped get through this last year.
As my adult daughter suffers from eczema flare ups from time to time I found this podcast very informative. As recently as last month her eczema flared up badly on her face & neck. I suggested she try kefir & probiotics & honestly was amazed at the outcome. Within a week itching & dryness had gone!! Skin returned to normal!!She couldn't believe it herself! Gut health obviously played a big part in her eczema .
really love listening to your podcasts. Always full of useful information x
Very informative! Thank you Liz
Great, sensible advice as usual. You need to stay on that soap box Liz, you are helping us all so much π
Such an important subject but overlooked. Thank you for bringing it to a wider audience.
really appreciative of all your hormonal related posts. very informative and useful, lots of great tips, I'm taking notes and preparing for the day when Menopause arrives for me :)
Hysterectomy is not always a cure for endometriosis. I recommend joining the Facebook group 'nancy's nook' and reading their files, and reading message threads and posts etc before making drastic decisions about this. Take your time to research and don't rely on your gynaecologist, especially if it's on the NHS and it's just the women's clinic at the local hospital that your go referred you to. You're allowed to request your own clinic anywhere in the UK based on 'NHS Choices.'
Excellent podcast on healthy bones. I was especially interested as I'm a nurse who has worked in fractures \ orthopaedic wards for over 10years. Prevention is better than cure & the more aware we become of importance of good bone health the fewer fractures we will see!! So beneficial, thank you.
I am so thrilled about the weekly podcasts with Liz Earle. She is simply the best with so much knowledge to share with us!
Always fantastic information have been getting your books for years. Love your research so we know we are getting the best info
