There are only friendly interruptions that promote constructive dialogue and growth between speaker and listener. This does not mean they have to agree, but it means they will have to be able to defend their position with real experience, research, and knowledge – not just feelings. Belief is not something that someone ”tells you” to do, rather belief is something you obtain through experience, through research, and through practice.
