Grace tarries at the door when others rap and rush along. Grace knocks when others rashly batter down the door. Grace waits to be invited when others tout prerogative. Grace share a meal of fellowship when others force-feed what they know. He who knocks upon our door will not decide for us, or choose because He’s wiser, or force us to the table. Christ loves to hear our hearts respond, “Yes, Lord; come in. Come be my joy.” So stay in grace.
