22 - Focusing on Good Over Evil - Lessons from the Battle of Lepanto & Our Lady of Victory for Modern Families

I remember sitting in court and crying out to God at the injustices being done, not just by my ex, but by the judge too. Then I looked up and saw the words above the judge's head and knew the battle stretched far beyond the courtroom.

In today's episode, I look back at the Battle of Lepanto and the victory of Christians who had long been victims of oppression, enslavement, torture, murder and beheadings, among other cruelties dealt them by Muslim evil doers. 

If you want to find peace that surpasses all understanding and win victories despite odds stacked against you as did courageous Christian men of centuries ago, shift your focus from evil to good through prayer and surrender to the Lord. 

It sounds crazy I know! But sometimes crazy works! :)
