A parent`s perspective.

A parent who studied and became a researcher.

Dr Virginia Bovell Phd. speaks with an acute intelligence about her decades of experience considering autism. Unlike many qualified professionals she lived autism with her son. She also was a pioneer in building  ABA into the ethos of a special school environment.

We were touched emotionally by the conversation.

Listening might enable others to empathise in a similar way. 

The big conversation we need to have in autism is the one about behaviourism.

"I don't know how or what is the thing I want to change yet.  I just know that I want to know enough about it so that I can, bring something to it.  

So I can bring some piece of knowledge that I know from my childhood or from my adult life as an autistic person.
