Charlotte started as a junior QC at a generic trial site in Manchester, became a CRA at Lundbeck, spent 13 years assessing 80–90% of the world's phase one units, built the Early Phase Unit at MAC Clinical Research (a name she coined and wishes she'd trademarked), rose to VP of Clinical Operations, then became COO at Zigzag Associates — a global QA consultancy. Now she runs two businesses: Dynamic Clinical Solutions for full-time consulting and Clinology to connect independent consultants with pharma clients directly.
