Gone ballistic. Trump talks peace while the missiles wait.
Day 156 and the show is not over.
Trump declares yet another Iran “peace” deal, but after 22 attempts, the question is whether this is diplomacy or another performance before the next launch. Strikes may be paused, but the region remains locked, loaded and one miscalculation away from going ballistic again.
Tonight George Galloway asks what is really behind Trump’s latest claim of peace. Has war been stopped, delayed or simply repackaged?
Joining George:
Professor Seyed Marandi: Professor of English Literature and Orientalism at the University of Tehran. Direct analysis from Tehran on Trump’s latest Iran deal, the pause in strikes and whether the ceasefire can survive.
Lt. Col. Daniel L. Davis: Host of Daniel Davis Deep Dive. A military assessment of the paused strikes, US strategy and the danger of another escalation.
