In this bliss meditation you deepen the practice of self-love as a state of being that you live in.

Bliss meditations are my signature feel the love, hold abundance, seek comfort and safety and presence and manifest all possibilities. They are an exquisite experience of the divine and all sacred moments of the present.

Nowhere is it more profound then to honour the brilliance of who you are.

Because when you cherish and love yourself as you inherently heal the parts of you that have been mired in disharmony. You see to hold the dignity of love, to share it unto yourself and to feel the hope and satisfaction of all of what lies waiting in store.

You can live in the certainty of the present moment. You can acknowledge your greatness and the conditions of your life that are meant to inspire and reveal so much love and you can also invite and appreciate all of life's goodness that is here and for you.
