If you have ever lived with your heart chakra whether instinctively in self-protection or self-preservation or as you were hurting, it can feel like you are lost ~ you are alone and unloved even if you logically know that this is not true.

You have the ability to open your heart at will ~ to know how to live unafraid, confident and proud because to live with your heart open, you define what it means to know and be love.

A bliss meditation calls you deep into the wonder and beauty of what you are. It is here that you open a path unto yourself ~ to call forward all of the love that lives here (within you.)

When you open the heart it thrives. The heart as a perceptual organ of the body is made up of the same type of neurons that are also found in the brain.

As you engage with the heart’s wisdom ~ as you allow it to be what you perceive then everything that you attach to can be experienced in the same beautiful vibration.

This is the deepening of what is a most profound and exquisite light as the energy of love and wonderment that lives here – all in the name of what becomes your fervent lightness.

Take in my words. Let these guide you to what expressions and feelings rise up ~ that are perfect for what you need right now.
