Self-love as a daily practice becomes an artful discipline ~ a way of life ~ that you cherish.

It is how you are able to be self-sustaining ~ through self-nurturing behaviours that grow your self-esteem and self-worth and reinforce your innate gifts and talents as you pursue all of your highest goals.

A return to self-love is how you feel whole and complete in each moment regardless of whether you are dealing with uncertainty, conflict, hurt or any challenging experience.

Self-love nourishes and reminds you of the power you hold in self-acceptance ~ to know that you are perfect as you are and as you continue to expend and seek more.

To truly love yourself is to be forgiving, generous and kind. To love yourself is to also parent yourself so that you practice self-discipline and live of the highest honour because this is how you grow esteem and worth.

Love is graceful and kind. Love embraces the humour in life’s moments and the ways in which you receive your answers and all that you need. Love honours the teachings that become important life lessons that you seek and create as the beautiful paths before you.
