日本(にほん)のコンビニは、24時間(じかん)開(あ)いているはずです。

nihon no konbini wa, nijuuyo jikan aite iru hazu desu.

Japan's – convenience stores – as for – 24 hours long – open – should be

Japanese convenience stores should be open 24 hours.

Note: 24時間 is "nijuu yo jikan" and not "nijuu yon jikan"
