Binary Star continues our annual exploration of the blackest realms of “Lupular” space. Cascade and Simcoe Cryo hops circle one another in a cosmic tango, bleeding their celestial force into one another before exploding in a supernova of floral and citrus hop energy before collapsing into a deep, dark black hole of dark malt, roasty mystery. Raise your glass to the heavens and marvel at this spectacular force of nature.
