This is a meditation to improve relationships by sending love and raising the frequency of the relationship. The intention is not to set specific outcomes but to focus on the highest good of both parties involved. Sending love and raising the frequency of the relationship will create a more positive and harmonious connection between the parties.
You will be guided through a breathing exercise to release expectations and biases in a relationship, emphasising the importance of gratitude and love. The exercise can be done with or without the partner's knowledge, simply by channelling these emotions to the other person. By letting go of expectations and embracing love and gratitude, you can experience a more positive outcome in your relationship.
