Waluigi - The Most Misunderstood & Unloved Video Game Character of All Time!?

Is Waluigi one of the greatest most underused characters in all of video gaming, or just the Luigi version of Wario? Waluigi is certainly divisive and his back story reveals a sad tail of a man who just wants to be loved...
