In this episode Lisa is on the couch after a DNF in the Half Marathon at the Melbourne Marathon Festival. In a long therapy/coaching session we discuss the impact of stress on health more generally, and offer some strategies to avoid, eliminate, and even delay stressors by making a stress list. Finally, we get down to the business of adjusting training load to account for burnout. Meanwhile, Brian is slowly building up the kms and beginning to show signs of a return to fitness.
