It takes effort to build a community. Hell, it takes effort just to show up: to a voting booth, to a wedding, to an Irish music concert, to a dance. So in 1963 it was a pretty big deal to get TWO accordion giants together for a concert in the Catskills, in a little bar in Southeast New York.
