Hello! I'm Catherine the creator and host of the podcast Me, Myself and My Vagina. I'm a mum of one and a qualified Personal Trainer with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. I have a real passion for women's health, fitness and wellbeing.
I was diagnosed with a prolaspe of the pelvic organ after the birth of my daughter which caused my world to be turned upside down. I felt broken, embarrassed, scared and lost with nowhere to turn, so to ensure that no one else would feel that way I decided to started my own podcast. I talk openly about motherhood, my prolaspe journey, fitness and mental wellbeing. I feel that no topic should be off limits when it comes to women's health and nothing should be an embarrassment.
