This podcast a positive pathway to all ADDers: "The 3 Rs" -- Redefine ourselves, Re-structure our environment, and Re-negotiate our relationships. This model works with any disability, but it is especially important for ADDers who are rarely given the opportunity or tools to redefine themselves. We as ADDers are often defined by the medical community, our families, or by the mistaken definitions we place on ourselves.
