This week we are joined by the incredible Dena Amy Kaplan, who you might recognise from Dance Academy, but has since had a wild career as an actor, singer, dancer and DJ.

However, her time in the limelight wasn't without struggle. Her diagnosis with PMDD and addiction to Xanax lead her down a path she wouldn't wish on her worst enemy. Dena has been incredibly open about her journey and we are grateful for her strength and vulnerability.
