Carina travels the world whilst writing articles about healthy foods she discovers, recipes she creates and tips to live a healthier life. Carina is a good friend of mine and since knowing her, I’ve realised how much hard work goes into being a professional blogger - it’s extremely intense and seeing Carina’s dedication to putting out amazing content and consistently giving value to her audience is really inspiring. Her passion and energy for her niche shines through her content and this is an amazing thing to see.  We chat all about how Carina organically built her audience, starting with an Instagram page and later moving on to creating her blog along with other channels (YouTube, Pinterest etc). We also discuss the topic of a good blogger vs a not so good blogger and why bloggers are receiving some bad press at the moment.
