MeatandMetalNO's podcast is back! This time in English. This episode is a departure from my native Norwegian, as I wanted to give thanks to the international barbecue community. There is talk of the discussion on pellets vs. traditional woodfired smokers, and how the recent discusssion on analog vs. digital photography carries some similarities. The international barbecue community has been very generous to me. And I wanted to give a little thanks to some people who do not speak Norwegian with this episode.
