As we continue journeying through The Worry Free Parent content, we’ve moved from understanding to help. This week we talk through help for the mind, help for the body and help for the heart. You’ve heard us say before, and we will keep reminding you, that we can only take the kids we love as far as we’ve gone ourselves. If it’s difficult for us to quiet the voice of worry, and practice these game-changing skills ourselves, it will be hard for our kids to do the same. Practicing these skills allows kids to see it on the grown ups they trust the most. It also allows us to be more of the parents (and people) we hope to be.
