From Pain to Purpose: My Story of Trauma, Survival, and Finally Choosing Myself

In this deeply vulnerable episode, I finally open up about the story I’ve carried in my body for decades, the childhood I survived, the trauma I walked through, the pain I kept hidden, and the patterns I’m still healing from today.

This isn’t for pity.This isn’t for attention.This is for connection… and for every person who grew up surviving things they never had the language for.

I share: • What it felt like to be the strong one before I ever got to be a child • The reality of abuse, neglect, and being disbelieved • Being taken from my home and navigating group homes + foster care • Motherhood while in survival mode • Love, betrayal, and losing myself in relationships • Losing nine people since 2018, including my brother • The moment I realized I could not abandon myself one more time • How trauma shaped my identity, attachment wounds, and nervous system • And how I began choosing myself, over and over again, until it became my new truth

I talk openly about forgiveness, compassion, integrity, and the messy, holy process of breaking generational patterns while still grieving the people we lose along the way.

And I share the truth that changed everything for me:
